Description
The Starburst Angel costume by California Costumes includes a velour dress with an elastic waistband and printed organza fabric. A separate belted skirt uses matching printed organza and closes at the back with hook-and-loop fastening. The bow attaches to the belt with the same type of fastening.
Foam wings have elastic shoulder straps, and a plastic headband carries the gold tinsel halo. The set includes the dress, skirt, bow, wings and halo.
