Shopping and product information
Use accurate contact and delivery details and a payment method you are authorized to use. Purchases should be made by an adult or with an adult’s permission. Keep any account login details secure.
Choose the size, color, style and quantity carefully. Use the measurements and included-item details on the product page; costume sizes can differ between suppliers. Props, footwear, wigs and other styling items shown in a photo are included only when the description or selected option says so. Colors can appear different on different screens.
Prices, payment and availability
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout shows the item price, shipping charges, any applicable taxes and the order total before payment. A price range on a product page refers to different available options. Your selected option determines the price in your cart.
Products depend on current supplier availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Payment is processed securely by the payment service selected at checkout. If an item cannot be supplied or an order has a material pricing or description error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement. If an affected order is canceled after payment, the amount paid for the canceled item and its associated shipping will be refunded.
Delivery and event dates
Available delivery methods, restrictions, charges and estimates depend on the selected item and destination. Items may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive separately. Read the delivery guide and the estimate for your selected option before ordering.
Estimated arrival dates are not a promise of delivery before Halloween or another event. If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide the applicable choice to accept a delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering when the estimate is unclear.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Email support@halloweenmode.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number. Once fulfillment or shipping has started, we may be unable to change the item or delivery address. Our 30-day returns policy explains eligibility, how to request a return, return shipping costs and refund timing.
Using products and the website
Follow the product’s care, age and safety instructions. Costume accessories are for their described decorative or costume use; they are not protective equipment unless explicitly described that way. Supervise children appropriately.
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or publish unlawful or misleading material. Reviews should describe your own experience and avoid disclosing personal information about others.
Your consumer rights
