Description
A red ringmaster leotard costume dress with a plush-look bodice, stitched bow tie, gold-tone trim and buttons, and shoulder fringe. The attached black mesh tutu has three layers with sparkling heart-shaped foil decorations. Supplier-listed polyester, plush fabric and mesh; hand wash.
Choose the dress alone or the dress with a decorative miniature top-hat headband. The headband bundle includes the pictured black-and-gold hat decoration with red flowers and a feather-style plume. Tights, footwear and other props are not included.
